Project Brief
The Dental Corner project involved the interior fit-out of a modern dental clinic, including the reception and patient areas, corridors, treatment rooms and supporting clinical spaces. The project required coordination between multiple construction scopes while accommodating the functional requirements of dental equipment and day-to-day clinical operations. The objective was to create a durable, efficient healthcare environment while maintaining a consistent contemporary design throughout the space.
Our Solution
Our team coordinated and executed the interior construction scopes required to bring the clinic together, including custom commercial millwork, flooring, painting, electrical and HVAC work. The reception area was developed as the visual focal point of the clinic, featuring a custom reception desk, architectural wall treatments, integrated lighting and contrasting black-and-white finishes. Throughout the clinical areas, custom cabinetry and countertops were configured around treatment-room requirements, sinks, storage and specialized dental equipment. Electrical and HVAC work was coordinated with the clinic layout and equipment requirements, while new flooring, painting and finishing work created a consistent appearance from the reception area through the corridors and treatment rooms. The completed space combines the practical requirements of a healthcare facility with a clean, contemporary commercial interior designed for both patients and staff.
