Barton Dental

A flood doesn't just damage a space — it shuts down a business. When water tore through Barton Dental's Hamilton location, the clinic was left non-operational with a full gut and rebuild ahead of them. With patients to get back to and a practice to protect, they needed a single team they could hand the keys to and trust completely.

Project Brief

Bring an 8-operatory dental clinic back to full operation from the studs out — on time, with no coordination gaps between trades, and finished to a standard that matched the clinic's reputation. Every system, every surface, every finish under one contract.

Our Solution

We took on the entire scope. From the first demo day through final handover, DYAB managed every discipline in-house and under one roof — rough systems brought to code for clinical occupancy, followed by a full interior build-out across all common areas and operatories. The reception desk became the centrepiece: a custom curved form in warm wood veneer and high-gloss white lacquer, built to set the tone the moment a patient walks in. Each of the 8 operatories was finished with upper and lower cabinetry, quartz countertops, integrated sinks, and recessed lighting — clean, clinical, and built to last. Porcelain tile, paint, millwork accents, and ceiling finishes were carried through the full clinic for a cohesive result.
