This project involved a full renovation of Aseer Time Restaurant from demolition to final completion. The existing space was completely stripped and rebuilt to create a contemporary restaurant that reflects the brand’s identity while improving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience. Every detail was carefully planned to balance aesthetics, durability, and functionality in a high-traffic commercial environment.
Our Solution
Our team managed the project from start to finish, including demolition, framing, electrical and plumbing upgrades, flooring, drywall, ceiling work, custom millwork, decorative wall finishes, lighting installation, painting, and final detailing. We also fabricated and installed custom service counters, display areas, feature walls, and seating elements tailored to the restaurant’s concept. The result is a fully transformed commercial space that delivers a welcoming atmosphere, efficient workflow, and a premium dining experience while meeting the demands of daily restaurant operations.
